Healthcare Programs

What makes us different?

Our healthcare program was founded by Nurse Practitioners who believe that strengthening the lives of those who have been systematically excluded is essential to restoring communities. Our care is delivered using the nursing model which places individuals, families, and communities at the center of care delivery. Our Nurse Practitioners provide whole person, family-centered care with compassion and are on-site at several shelters in the Atlanta area. We are a critical access point for many to start on their journey to healthy independence. We care for children and adults of all ages and specialize in preventive, reproductive, and mental health. As a transitional medical home, we provide essential health services free of charge while working hard to transition clients to a trustworthy and compassionate permanent primary care medical home.
