VP of Early Learning

The VP of Early Learning is responsible the comprehensive supervision, system evaluation, policy council coordination, and general duties aimed at ensuring the effective operation of all early learning activities including the Head Start/Early Head Start programs. Responsibilities include hiring and mentoring staff, monitoring performance, supporting professional development, and maintaining high service quality in compliance with Head Start Performance Standards. The position involves coordinating program components, developing agreements, conducting assessments, and preparing reports. The role also requires effective communication with the Policy Council, oversight of data management, and adherence to confidentiality. General duties include fostering positive work relationships, attending meetings and training, and upholding professionalism and agency values.

VP of Housing and Family Services

The VP of Housing and Family Services is primarily responsible for ensuring that all housing and family services operations conform to the highest standards of quality and is operated in accordance with all applicable regulations, including the Head Start Program Performance Standards. The VP of Housing and Family Services will develop long-term options for all families served in all programs and build strategic partnerships with other organizations to advance the mission of Our House. The incumbent will serve as a member of the Our House Leadership team and report to the Chief Impact Officer to ensure organizational development, growth, and performance according to the strategic plan, regulatory guidelines and annual goals.

Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator

The Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring that our organization maintains high standards of quality and continuous improvement in the implementation of the HS/EHS Program. The CQI Coordinator will be responsible for implementing quality improvement initiatives, conducting audits, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement across all content areas. The CQI Coordinator will ensure consistent database usage, and accurate reporting from our electronic databases including ChildPlus and Teaching Strategies Gold. The CQI Coordinator is responsible for producing all monthly reports and recommending to solutions where needed. They will contribute to enhancing the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of the HS/EHS Program.

Curriculum Specialist

The Curriculum Specialist under the direction and guidance of the Head Start/Early Head Start Program Director, and in collaboration with the Early Education Site Directors, is responsible for supporting and monitoring the daily educational activities at each center to ensure teachers and other instructional staff provide high quality early education and child development services, including for children with disabilities, which promote children’s cognitive, social and emotional growth for later success in school. The Curriculum Specialist ensures teachers embed data driven, responsive and effective teacher-child interactions, along with the implementation of a research-based curriculum and curricular enhancements in all aspects of the classroom. The Curriculum Specialist provides a system of individualized and ongoing professional development and are responsible for ensuring implementation of the curriculum with a high degree of fidelity.

Curriculum Coach

The Curriculum Coach is responsible for supporting teaching staff in the implementation of the curriculum with the highest level of fidelity. They will assist and coach staff in high quality adult-child interactions and teaching practices in order to create and maintain a culturally-sensitive, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children and co-workers through continuous quality improvement. Serve as a content-area expert and sounding board for early childhood education best practices and child development issues through questions, feedback and training.

ERSEA/Data Specialist

The ERSEA/DATA Specialist, in collaboration with Early Education Site Directors and under the guidance of the Head Start/Early Head Start Director is responsible for the development and implementation of all ERSEA requirements as outlined in the Head Start Program Performance Standards. They will support all HS/EHS data needs and manage program data. This position operates as the data quality assurance specialist and impact analyst for the Head Start/Early Head Start Program and supports implementation fidelity in all ERSEA areas.

Health and Disability Services Coordinator

The Health and Disabilities Coordinator ensures that all Health and Disabilities related performance standards are met and that organization practices and policies facilitates meeting the health and disability needs of children and families. They ensure that participants are connected to resources in the community to support the health and disabilities needed as determined by child health and development team or other social determinants of health needs. This position also has the unique opportunity to support efforts to find new and innovative ways to provide safe and equitable on site health and disability services. The Health and Disabilities Coordinator will participate in a collaborative practice environment and contribute to program development and quality improvement.

Lead and Assistant Teachers

Pay: $12.50 – $19.23 per hour – Full Time

Medical Assistant

Pay: Up to $20 per hour – Full Time

The Medical Assistant serves as an integral member of the clinical team. The Medical Assistant provides direct and indirect care to patients, manages the clinical lab processing, and supports daily clinical operations.

Residential Specialist (Weekend Shift Only: 3-11pm)

Pay: $14.00-$16.00 per hour – Part Time Only
