Dear Our House Family,
I invite you to join me and the Our House Board in wishing our Chief Development Officer Diane Douglass much success and prosperity as she embarks on her next journey in her career.
Diane has served Our House faithfully and with much success over the last 8.5 years and we are grateful for her leadership and the role she has played in ensuring that Our House has the resources to deliver with excellence on our mission.
During her tenure, she has secured funding, established meaningful relationships and provided leadership that has helped Our House successfully increase services in our community and increase revenue by close to 300%. Diane also helped us successfully navigate through COVID and led a $4.5 million comprehensive campaign which allowed Our House to enhance programming, build capacity and renovate our facilities, creating healthy and safe environments that reflect the value that we place on our children, families and staff. In short, Diane’s service has been instrumental in creating the Our House of today.
Diane will remain with Our House through June 30, to support transition activities and to ensure the team is well positioned to continue the work she has stewarded.
Needless to say, I am personally grateful for the time Diane, and I have worked together to secure financial stability for Our House in service of our community. Diane will be greatly missed, and we wish her and her family all the best as they embark on an exciting new chapter!
